Here’s my new piece for Yell Magazine which was for an article about female fighter Chris Cyborg, who tested positive for steroids in her last fight. The $2500 fine doesn’t sound like much but a one year suspension can make a big difference for a fighter like Cyborg. For more details, read the article HERE!

This is a photo from her 16 second knock out against Hiroko “Cat’s Eye” Yamanaka which has now been ruled a No Contest due to the steroid charges.

Last Tuesday, we took a group photo at Balance Studio’s Northeast Philly location – these are all tough, smart, training partners and I’m thankful to have them there to kick my butt on a regular basis.
